CertiGreen Carpet Care – SMS Messaging Program

Agreement to Terms
By submitting a service request form and opting in to receive SMS text messages from CertiGreen Carpet Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not opt in to receive SMS messages.
Program Description
CertiGreen Carpet Care provides automated SMS text messages related to carpet cleaning and related services in the Richmond, VA area. When you opt in, you may receive the following types of messages:
Service Inquiry Confirmation
Acknowledgment that we received your request
Booking Confirmation
Confirmation of your scheduled appointment
Appointment Reminders
Reminder messages before your scheduled service
Review Requests
Post-service requests for feedback
Service Updates
Messages about service availability and scheduling
Opt-In and Consent
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our service request form, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from CertiGreen Carpet Care at the mobile phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
You may receive approximately 1–5 messages per service inquiry. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with our services.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to all text messages sent and received. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. CertiGreen Carpet Care is not responsible for any charges incurred.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is designed to work with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. However, we cannot guarantee message delivery on all carriers or networks.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SMS messages are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered successfully or in a timely manner. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
Limitation of Liability
CertiGreen Carpet Care shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or errors in SMS message delivery, or for any losses or damages arising from or related to the SMS messaging program.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
